Sailing for beginners

Description: Instruction on dinghy sailing. Describes the main parts of a boat and her rigging, and explains and demonstrates various manoeuvres including going about, beating to windward, running, gybing, sailing triangular and figure of eight courses, and picking up a man overboard.
