Description: SCREENER with TIMECODE Description: KOVR-TV news footage of the Father's Day 1969 incident in the Oak Park neighborhood of Sacramento, California where a group of young African Americans erected a sign in James McClatchy Park, renaming it Brotherhood Park. The incident provoked a fight and after police were called, over 40 people were arrested after more than 100 shots were fired on both sides.
