Rhodes Scholar

Explains that Cecil John Rhodes, 1853-1902, the English financier, set up the first great financial foundation for education in the 20th century. Shows that by the terms of the Rhodes trust, students from other countries are given scholarships to study at Oxford University in England. Depicts the life of an American student at Oxford on a Rhodes scholarship.
