Rescue Breathing

This film is designed to teach the techniques of rescue-breathing (mouth-to-mouth and mouth-to-nose). The film graphically re-enacts the laboratory experiments which scientifically prove that rescue-breathing is far superior as an emergency source of life-saving oxygen than the manual methods of artificial respiration. Rescue-breathing is used to save the lives of unconscious victims of drowning, choking, drugs, electric shock, gas asphyxiation and chest injury and has been officially adopted by rescue, medical, health and safety organizations (including the American Red Cross) for emergency use in reviving suffocation victims of all ages.
