Tells a story of a tricycle whose young owner distractedly abandons it. Shows how it ends up in a dump, escapes, careens around town in a series of humorous hijinks and then returns, at last, to its downcast owner. Based on the book The Remarkable Riderless Runaway Tricycle by Bruce McMillan.
