Description: Discusses the control functions of the nucleus and the methods of tissue culture that aid in defining the role it plays. Shows through microcinematography and electron microscopy how the control of cytoplasm by the nucleus is exerted. Identifies structures in the nucleus responsible for dispensing information and examines the operation of both the DNA and RNA molecules in the formation of the code that controls in the synthesis of other molecules.
