A record of daily life in Peking, capital of the People's Republic of China, and on a communal farm outside the city. Photographed and written by Myra Roper, and Australian educator and film maker, who visited mainland China in 1965 and again in 1966. Observes the effect of government programs in agriculture, education, industry, and public health upon the individual Chinese.
