Reaching for the stars

Description: Shows Australian research in astronomy. Visits the observatory at Mount Stromolo, which houses big telescopes, cameras to map the skies, and the National Time Service. Goes on to show research on radio astronomy at the Radiophysics Laboratory (CSIRO), Sydney, and using Mills cross of stationary aerials and other devices. Pictures the windmill aerials at Dapto, used for tracking the sun
