Description: The classic Brothers Grimm tale is retold in this animated adaptation. As the story is spun of the child isolated in a tower by an enchantress, the borders of the scenes coruscate with symbolic forms reflecting each turn of the plot. When the prince finds Rapunzel, the witch banishes her to a remote desert, blinds the prince, and sets him to wandering the world.
