Cameras follow the participants as they prepare for the upcoming competition and discuss their dedication to the sport. Questions regarding the ideal bodybuilding physique are graphically embodied in the rivalry between sleekly-toned defending champion Rachel McLish and the heavily muscled Australian power-lifter Bev Francis.
