Description: This adventure/comedy film with an animals' rights theme concerns a graduate student who teaches sign Language to chimpanzees and a bumbling pilot-turned-animal trainer assigned to a top-secret Air Force project (dubbed Project X). Jimmy Garrett is to teach Virgil the chimpanzee how to operate a flight simulator, but later learns that the test animals are subjected to high levels of radiation in order to give the Air Force an idea of how long a pilot can fly after a nuclear blast.
