Project Tinkertoy

A report on a joint US Navy-National Bureau of Standards project to develop a new system of electronics design and manufacture. this uses the ‘building block’ principle by which resistors, capacitors, tube rockets and other parts of common design are assembled by machines into functional electronic parts.
