Description: Shows the development of 4-H Clubs in an Austrian village as a result of information provided by Marshall Plan workers. Tells the story of Franzl, who does not at first take part in 4-H activities because of family disapproval. When the calf he is given to care for takes a prize at the 4-H Fair, his father remarks that the younger generation will become better farmers than their fathers were.
