'Producer Jack Hays has another winner in this Educational Kiddie Burlesk. For audience value, it has plenty to go on. A set of very clever kids, hardly any of them over five, give their version of crooked politics. An honest senator, susceptible to the wiles of a vamp who tries to frame him with the bribe of a large cake in the interest of a crooked rival, is the theme that these diapered politicians put over. Charles Lamont directed this take-off on politics, in a very capable manner. The dialog was intelligently spoken. The action is fast and altogether the laughs and gags made the short well up to the standard of the spice of the program.'
