Portrays a fantasy at carnival time in which a reveler disguised as Pierrot returns home and falls asleep. Explains that the moon plays tricks on him, and after a romantic dialogue with the woman in the moon, he is transformed into the real Pierrot and is carried skyward to the turn of 'AU CLAIR DE LA LUNE.'.
