Examines the lack of communication between the races in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Shows how some of the first steps toward establishing communication have been initiated by a Pennsylvania group which brought an interracial delegation from Mississippi to Pennsylvania so that they could meet, communicate without fear of reprisal, and try to alleviate the situation in the South.
