Perceptual learning (TEFC)

Description: Episode of Series “An Introduction to Psychology”. Traces the different approaches adopted in research into the way in which a child learns to coordinate his actions in relation to the world around him. Looks at a number of famous experiments including the Visual Cliff, Inverted Prism and dark-reared animals. Also demonstrates some of the perceptual processes on which they are based.
