Description: Mark Lewis, a cameraman at a British studio, is a psychotic murderer who photographs his female victims in their death throes. Raised by his scientist father who experimented on him as a child, Mark is the ultimate voyeur incapable of relating to people. He befriends a sympathetic young woman in his apartment building but when she discovers his obsession she too becomes the target of his deadly wrath. Helen is saved by the police.
