This is an untitled promotional film about the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. It was made after the rebuilding in 1909, and 28mm did not start until 1912 so the print is most likely from around 1912 - 1919 - Perhaps the cars indicate the year. The transfer is running along at 16fps.
