After travel through southern villages, a stop at Ganada is made to visit the magnificent Alhambra. The ancient town of Toledo and Spain’s modern bustling capital, Madrid, are explored. At Segovia the ancient Roman aqueduct is admired. Traveling northeast the tour leads to Barcelona, Spain’s principle port. Here the city’s beautiful tree- lined avenues, plaza, fountains and harbor are also viewed. Turning north the tour passes through interesting farmlands before entering quaint village near the border between Spain and France.
