Description: Mr. Gruber takes PB to an auction, but he is too helpful; he later finds a bargain. PB is building a book rack for the Browns; Mr. Curry wants one too, not realizing the outcome. Mr. and Mrs. Brown are ill and PB tries to help by making stew and a dumpling so large that Mr. Brown sees it from his window. PB helps with the wash -- mixing directions and spilling cocoa.
