Episode number 2 of Series “Alan Marshall: author and man”. Though afflicted by sickness and suffering at an early age, Marshall had a happy childhood. He began to write at the age of ten. He read widely and was influenced by various authors, though his stories usually begin from small everyday incidents or remarks. He offers some advice to young writers.
