Description: Part III: Directed to those officers who external stress - the "John Waynes" who take it out on anyone around. The resentment they cause is often unleashed up the next cop. Externalizaing problems is designed to alert officers to the dangers of adopting this pattern of behavior to stress., Part I: Police work may not be the most dangerous job physically, but emotionally, police work is the most dangerous work in the world. Shows officers what stress can do to their emotional and physical health, and emphasizes the importance of learning to handle stress-induced pressures. Part II help stress-internalizers become aware of the potential danger of locking their feelings and emotions deep inside themselves when they don't know how to relieve the pressures they face. It emphasizes they are creating a stress time bomb and encourages them to get help before it explodes.
