Shows officers what stress can do to their emotional and physical health, and emphasizes the importance of learning to handle stress-induced pressures. Part II help stress-internalizers become aware of the potential danger of locking their feelings and emotions deep inside themselves when they don't know how to relieve the pressures they face. It emphasizes they are creating a stress time bomb and encourages them to get help before it explodes.
