Meeting in the Organization of the United States (Pan American relations committee) (With sound but all that is spoken is in Spanish). Committee raises hands “Aye”. Man who is speaking Spanish giving a report (Cuba?) images of rows and rows of guns and weapons. Men reading from a podium. Men breaking new ground with shovels. Men shaking hands at the UN. Flag draped coffin is paraded by on a horse drawn carriage. Men practicing soccer. Thomas Edison electrocutes an elephant at Coney Island. January 4th 1903. The elephant is walked by several men through a crowd, the image is very faded and milky. All of a sudden a huge cloud of smoke bursts from beneath the elephant and rise up above him, the elephant soon falls dead onto the ground.
