Using the format of a television news reporter, with Thomas A Shannon, Executive Director of the National School Boards Association, acting as host, the film features actor Joseph Campanella in the role of a tough network reporter who visits a community in which the school board has entered into a partnership relation with the local businesses and organizations in order to provide their students with opportunities to learn about the world of work.
