[Music] I see [Music] there is a spirit on every Trail a spirit in every fire the world is full of listening ears and gazing eyes Earth is full and sea is full and there is no place anywhere between them there a oneeyed Giants those with eyes in their breasts and those that are bodes they have living heads and talking sculls during The Long Winter our people hold great feasts and there is much rejoicing often the spirits from Beyond hear our shouts and laughter and join amongst us great fire fires blaze in the lodge around each fire many spirits [Music] [Music] dance our women weave for us they spin they make beautiful garments they Adorn themselves with long ear pendants made from Abalone [Music] shells sometimes we are visited by the bear a great Clan brother of ours the music makes him happy and he likes to [Music] dance [Music] The Way Away Away our rattles are fashioned from wood and from copper and from the toes of the leaping [Music] [Music] deer [Music] [Music] this is he who is the beginning and the end of the world he it is who watches [Music] [Music] [Music] overall black skin is our medicine man each day he opens his Leather Pouch containing powerful Spirits fashioned in bone and ivory into these he whispers strange [Music] incantations [Music] sinks is the secred one sinks Our Father the Son and it so happened that she who told lies watched black skin and sought to know his many secrets and one day thinking none was about she seized his carved box and made off with it but the guardian Spirits observed her evil deed and were mightily aroused and the forces of the totems were un [Music] Unleashed [Music] tall dark trees Sway in the wind Mist covers the beaches and wolves roam over the Land There is the owl who Hoops Through The Long Dark Night and Raven who watches all overhead Fly Eagles and [Music] vultures and even the cannibal woman Sona Came Upon Us and also Kuka and even backb wany way the great cannibal Spirit entered he who is first to eat man at the mouth of the [Music] liver [Music] oh
