Norman McLaren himself appears in this brief and amusing film. Ostensibly he intends to welcome the audience, but he is frustrated by the microphone, which comes to life and exhibits surprising temper in pursuit. McLaren applies animation techniques as in his previous film, “Chairy Tale”.
