Many are silent and would have been voiced over by the anchorperson. The segments on this reel date from March 5, 1977. This series contains news stories about a controversy related to the Austin Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan as well as Native American culture. The original 1928 Austin City Plan institutionalized racial segregation through zoning methods.
