My brother Wartovo

Description: John Wartovo lives in a small village in Nanuk, near Rabaul, Papua New Guinea. He does not own land there, and being aware of his responsibilities as a father, he applies for land in New Britain. This film deals with events leading up to his departure from his village and explores his doubts and problems. Music by Bruce Smeaton. Suitable for upper secondary level.
