Uses a scene in a movie theater to contrast the on-screen strength of a kung fu master with the audience slumped in its seats. Shows how muscles work, how two types of molecule collapsing against each other like a telescope produce enormous strength as they operate in large numbers. Demonstrates how much muscular activity takes place without our being aware of it, as the heart muscle contracts and the digestive tract is in motion.
