The prototypical celluloid incarnation of SDI; (Strategic Defense Initiative) an governmental concept later to become known and actualized as: "Star Wars!" Lt. "Brass" Bancroft of the U.S. Treasury Department Secret Service foils bad guys from stealing/sabotaging a newly developed secret weapon.
