Description: Tells the story of Andy, a youth with no arrest record, who promised his mother he would watch over his older brother, a paroled drug addict. Portrays how Charlie, despite Andy's efforts, returns to his old habits. Shows how the police subsequently capture both of them and they are found guilty of robbery and grand theft. Depicts how they are sentenced individually in a manner that reflects the personalities of the offenders.
