Description: Describes the fundamental techniques of dissection for students of comparative anatomy, zoology, or any other gross morphology course. The correct use of scissors, scalpel, forceps, a blunt probe, and skillful hands is shown in the processes of palpation, incision, cleaning, separation, and transection. Although the film uses Squalis Acanthus, the procedures are applicable to all gross dissection material.
