Shows the reconstruction of the totally-destroyed Greek village Naoussa. Pictures new equipment provided by the Marshall Plan and bought from Italy with ECA funds. After a time, Naoussa's factories begin to run, and shops take on their former appearance. The village is shown to be gradually returning to normal.
