Then goes to Macy’s in New York and looks at hair dryer design. The film takes viewers behind the scenes at a fashion showing. Also shows studies of consumers, tracking their eye movements when seeing a wall full of products at the grocery store. Introduces graphic designer Milton Glasser (of I HEART NY fame) and product designers Morison and Michael Cousins.
