Description: Introduces basic Russian expressions through the animated adventures of a Martian in Moscow to stimulate aural comprehension, promote oral fluency, and encourage written composition. Follows the Martian as he retrieves a child's teddy bear, walks in the snow looking at buildings and monuments, plays in the snow with a child, and follows a group of children to a ballet class where he participates in a lesson. Designed for students with one year of Russian.
