Bill Carver (Warren Hull) is a man who was wrongfully sentenced to prison after being framed by gangster Joe Mallon. In prison he is involuntarily involved in a jailbreak, also arranged by Mallon, who is also serving in the same facility. The escapees hold up a bank and make it look like Bill was involved in the robbery. He has to clear his name of being part of the bank robbery, and the only way he can do this is to catch Mallon and his gang. He leaves his safe haven at the doctor's place and starts tracking the gang through the desert.
