Managerial Grid

Explains a useful system for evaluating various situations in order to determine the attitudes, values, degree of commitment, creativity, and conflict that can be expected under different approaches to management. Values from one to nine are assigned to the managerial grid axes, which are labeled "concern for people" and "concern for production," and five intersectional points at coordinates are discussed.
