Description: A community doctor tells the story of how the accidental death of a high school boy during a street brawl inspired the boy's father to launch a campaign for improved recreational facilities. Members of the newly organized Youth Council renovate a city-owned warehouse for their headquarters and later plant trees where the city dump was located. Adults are also shown becoming interested in each other's problems.
