Presents the dilemma of a class representative who votes against the wishes of a majority of her class on an important issue, because of her superior knowledge of the pertinent facts concerning the issue. Asks the audience to discuss the duty of an elected representative--to vote the wishes of the class, or to vote according to his judgement--and to consider the responsibilities of the electorate.
