Cast: Carole Lombard, James Stewart, Charles Coburn, Eddie Quillan, Lucille Watson and Alma Kruger. "This is the story of a mother's boy who gets married to someone he doesn't know while on a business trip. Some thrilling air scenes near the end will delight the action seekers, and general patrons will find the film good entertainment. 'One or two scenes may be objectionable in part.' Film world

James Stewart is a young, somewhat timid attorney in New York City. He has a chance of being made a partner in his law firm, especially if he marries Eunice, the daughter of his employer, Judge Doolittle. John meets Jane (Carole Lombard) during a business trip, and they fall in love and marry immediately. After Jane has a baby, John becomes discouraged by his unpaid bills and by tension between Jane and his mother.
