Luciano, a ten-year-old boy who lives on a large cattle ranch in Argentina, narrates this film which portrays a special way of life in South America today. He goes to school on horseback, explores grasslands and marshes of the pampas, helps his mother with her poultry, and goes to Buenos Aires with his father and brother to exhibit a prize bull and see the city sights.
