Luchak's Easter

Description: A Ukrainian Easter tradition is celebrated by a Ukrainian-Canadian family in Alberta. Coinciding with the time of Christ’s Resurrection, ceremonies are held in anticipation of the resurrection of those ancestors who have died. The family graveyard is decorated, religious rites are performed, and a family feast is held.
