Description: Two rival mechanics from competing garages, the Red Dog Garage and the Black Cat Garage, vie for the attention of the garage owner’s daughter. Their competition leads to them representing their respective garages in a 250 mile road race. Hijinks ensue as the villainous mechanic attempts to thwart the heroic mechanic.
