Dramatizes Lisa's road to alcoholism as, three months after her alcoholic mother's funeral, she is drinking heavily herself. Observes how her progressive inability to cope affects nearly every aspect of her life and a combination of pills and alcohol nearly kills her. Shows how a young woman at work, herself a recovered alcoholic, helps Lisa enter a recovery program. Uses voice-over narration to discuss the unique problems confronting young women alcoholics and the need for a total mental, physical, and spiritual recovery program.
