Behind-the-scenes glimpses of operations in the post-delivery service of the PMG’s Department. Shows the extensive use of mechanical mail-sorting devices at Sydney GPO, the special treatment for insufficiently addressed letters, dead letters and under-stamped articles; the collecting, bundling and final delivery of letters by the mailman.
