Description: Uses optical printing to present an archetypal realm characterized by the opposition/interplay of consciousness and matter in discontinuous time. The images consist of the moon, an erupting volcano and a shipwrecked ghost-ship in a storm. Composed of Le Voyage (usual passage) and les Elements (the afterimages/aftershock.) Both a voyage into the moon and a psychological self-portrait. In homage to Melies.
