Description: An advertisement for Kemper homeowners insurance in which a woman writes a letter describing how she called her insurance agent after a fire damaged her home. The Kemper agent helps reimburse the woman for fire damage and puts her and her child in motel until the house is fixed. An offscreen male narrator urges the viewer to consult the yellow pages and call their local Kemper agent to ask about policies. Submitted for the Clio Awards.
