This 1960s home movie captures a seafaring journey to Cape Town, South Africa. The ship is possibly the Charlotte Lykes of Lykes Steamship Lines, Houston-based steamship company. The footage first bounces with the waves in open sea aboard the ship before the port city’s mountain landscape come into view. Later, the travelers visit the Iziko South African National Gallery.
