Description: Shows the daily activities and recreations of the O'Reilly family, living on a farm near Killarney; also includes views of famous Irish landmarks. In addition to doing routine farm chores, the children are seen visiting with friends, harvesting peat, riding in a jaunting-cart to Muckcross National Park, and visiting with a gypsy in a caravan. On a more extended trip, the family visits a new hydroelectric dam, the city of Cork, and climbs the ruins of Blarney Castle where one of the girls kisses the Blarney Stone.
